  • What does a standard cleaning include?
    A standard cleaning typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathroom(s) and kitchen(s), and emptying trash.
  • What does a deep cleaning include?
    A deep cleaning includes all standard cleaning tasks, plus more detailed cleaning such as baseboard cleaning, inside oven/fridge cleaning, and window washing.
  • How long will the cleaning take?
    The duration of the cleaning depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning service requested. We can provide an estimated time frame when you schedule your appointment.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code.
  • Do you clean inside of cabinets or drawers?
    We can clean inside of cabinets or drawers as part of a deep clean, or by special request.
  • What types of cleaning services do you offer?
    We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialized cleaning services.
  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
    Yes, we provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific product preferences, we are happy to accommodate them.
  • Do you offer one-time cleaning or recurring services?
    We offer both one-time deep cleans and recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
  • How do I schedule a cleaning?
    You can schedule a cleaning by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website.
  • How do you determine your pricing?
    Our pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning service requested, and the frequency of cleanings. We can provide a free, no-obligation estimate.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We request 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Or if client has put down a deposit, deposit will be nonrefundable.

We make paying for a sparkling clean home easy! We accept Venmo, cash, credit cards and checks. Choose the option that works best for you! 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area to your satisfaction at no additional cost.
